An all levels Yoga Class (live streamed) where we will move, meditate, journal and set our intentions for the challenge.

daily drops
Everyday you'll receive a 'daily drop' inside of Telegram. These will be a mix of Meditations, Journal Prompts, Activation (audio trainings) and Assignments.
community hub
a pop-up group inside Telegram where the daily drops (meditations, journal prompts, activations & assignments) will be posted. You'll be able to ask questions, and connect with other members if you wish!
closing ceremony
An all levels Yoga Class (live streamed) where we will move our bodies, reflect on the past 14-days and intentionally close our experience so we can move forward powerfully.
